Yes. For freestanding properties, we only take on properties from $850,000. For units, we take them on from $700,000.
Below that, the fee becomes a large enough share of the transaction that we’d rather the buyer put that money into the property, rather than take the engagement. We always want the best result for the buyer — and there are limited properties underneath these price points for us to find.
If you’re buying under that figure and have found a property you love, but you’re feeling nervous, we’d suggest looking into our essential service. This is a lighter service where we’ll negotiate on the property on a once-off basis, for a reduced fee of $8,500.
