Our fees are fixed and tied to your price point, not the difficulty of the brief. In very rare cases with highly unusual briefs, we may discuss a higher fee — but we’ll flag that early, not after the work’s done. Our fees are fixed and are tied to the price point that you are looking to buy in. In very rare cases with highly unusual or specific briefs — where we’re certain it will require more time and resources — we will investigate a higher fee. We’ll let you know very early on when you speak with us if we get the feeling that this is the case. (For example, once we bought an old architectural church! This sits outside of our usual scope.)
