Expect highly detailed video walk throughs, and honest feedback that replaces the need to physically inspect the property yourself. Some buyers prefer us to pre-vet the property before investing their time to come up, prior to committing to the purchase.
Paperwork is all possible digitally nowadays, so buying from afar is entirely possible. We’ve had investment clients buy here without ever setting foot in the city.
