Generally, no. Lenders don’t usually fund buyers agent fees as part of the loan. It’s an upfront cost that you cover from your own funds.
Some buyers can restructure existing equity to cover it. Once the money is in your offset, you can do as you wish with it. Confirm with your broker early, and don’t count it as part of your deposit.
