How often will I hear from you?

This is entirely up to you. This is a question we ask once we begin to understand your brief, along with how involved you’d like to be in the search.

Some buyers, particularly the time-poor ones, only want to hear from us when there’s something important to say. Property can move slowly, and sometimes there’s nothing to update. At the very least, you’ll hear from us once during the week, then on a Friday for our weekly wrap-up prior to the weekend.

Others prefer to hear from us more often. We’re totally happy to provide daily updates if that’s your preference. We’ll go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered, and you’re learning as much as possible.

When the process becomes more time-sensitive, communication becomes more systemised. Due diligence is sent through ASAP after we’ve found a fit. You’ll be updated at every step of the way at the sticky end of a negotiation. We need your written approval before we communicate any updates in the offer to the real estate agent. It’s your preference whether you’d rather hear from us via phone or WhatsApp.
