We inspect properties on your behalf to pre-vet them, and make sure they live up to the real estate listing. You’ll receive a comprehensive video, where we walk through every room and give you running commentary of our thoughts.
We aim to scrape as much information as possible. We’ll get under sinks, look at the condition of wet areas, get under the house to inspect the structure. We’ll comment on natural light, potential value-add opportunities, aspect, room sizes, and additions.
We’ll also comment on things that don’t show up on camera, such as smell and noise.
Along with the video, we’ll provide a full write-up of our thoughts on the property: scope of work, value, interest from other buyers, general thoughts, and whether or not it’s a fit.
